Not a great experience after having a nail appointment. They are really poorly made, the work done is really not worth the price. In addition, the nail technician is not pleasant, does not speak, just makes a sound to make you understand to put your hands in the machine, you try to talk to her she does not respond... It was a very long moment, for not much in the end. I don't recommend it, at least for the nails.

A very nice welcome. The people are very kind and caring. We had a massage for two and had a great time for a very reasonable price of €120 for 1 hour. The only downside, but we should have said it, was just the music which was a little loud.

I came to your establishment twice to benefit from an eyelash enhancement, adding the tint during my second visit. My first experience was satisfactory, with the manager taking full care of my lashes, and I enjoyed the end result. However, on my second visit, I noticed several disappointing aspects. First of all, several people took care of my eyelashes, this accompanied by a noisy atmosphere with gossip between the beauticians, far from the relaxed atmosphere one could hope for during such a treatment. Also, after the session, I felt a burning sensation in my eyes from a product, and the response I was given was to simply rub my eyelid, which doesn't seem very good to me for eyes... The most disappointing realization came after I got home, where I noticed a gap in my lashes because they were clumped together. Despite having waited a good week and trying to separate them delicately, at the level of the lash line or directly with tweezers, it didn't change anything. Comparatively, I was able to obtain an enhancement with dye from another professional, certainly at a higher cost, but the service was magnificent and much more up to my expectations. Although the reception at your institute was warm, the end result was disappointing. As a result, I unfortunately cannot recommend your establishment, favoring quality service, even if the cost is higher.
