TO FLEE ! Had to deal with a beginner, who left wax on my face and in my hair after an eyebrow waxing service. All the staff, seemingly friendly, actually have a big lack of skills: lack of tact (pain when applying the nails), do not file in a professional manner leaving the nail filed irregularly, leave cuticles (after paying for a full service), lack of hygiene (does not use towels on the floor when doing the pedicure). Color of varnishes in appearance not similar to the varnish applied to the nail. As a result, I had to ask to have it removed. I am charged €30 for an unclaimed “foot treatment”. Well played scam. => eyebrow waxing option wax that sticks in the hair + leave without varnish on the feet and hands = 50€! After attempting to discuss this lack of professionalism, and having been a subscriber for 2 years, I was brought back to security to make me pay this astronomical sum for poor work and leaving without having received the requested service.
