Hello, I know it's quite "sour" as a note, but I prefer to be sincere. I came to your store because I was looking for several products, foundations, lipstick, mascara, and potentially perfumes for the Christmas holidays. I wandered around the store for a while, because I didn't know where to go and I wanted to change from the brand I usually buy. Regarding the quality of the products, I can't say anything... but regarding the quality of the customer service, I am really more than disappointed. I already had to say hello and smiling was difficult... that doesn't really make me want to continue... But walking around and hesitating for a long time in the store and having the two salespeople next to you telling each other about their lives and not even thinking about offering you help or even looking at you... it's really bad and unprofessional. I could have gone up to them and asked, it's true, but it's very embarrassing and uncomfortable to impose yourself between two people who ignore you. Too bad.
