Two people came to spend a peaceful moment, leaving unsatisfied and incomprehensible about the services of this so-called institute. 91€ supposed to include: - hammam - scrub - wrap and massage Hammam: a little noisy, cold floor - alone for 20 minutes Exfoliation: why is it noted in the brochure given that it can be done yourself? Wrap: a little mud on your back and plastic film and then you are left to wait 20 minutes The awaited moment of the massage, eureka! Oh well no, cold shower, a back massage only in a hurry, no searching for knots, approximate gestures, not even 15 minutes, with someone sighing at you, well, not really the expected relaxation. I agree with François' comment below, a warm welcome certainly, but services which look more like a scam than anything else. If you have already tried real institutes, you will be disappointed.

Because yes, that’s what we were told when we expressed our dissatisfaction following this supposedly calming moment. That's why : 141 euro for 12 minutes of massage each (massage time not specified, and of average quality), time spent in the hammam of around 20 min, with the scrub treatment to do yourself (surprise, of course not specified on its brochure either!) Even if the welcome remains warm at first, it's a cold shower when you understand what's going on So yes she is not wrong, remember to ask your questions carefully, because at this price, and if you have points of comparison, you will certainly move on. It is sad..
