I thought she did a good job but then my feet got super sensitive. She went with a strong hand. At the body minute Aix-en-provence branch I did not have this bad experience. I felt compelled to leave this review so that your employee can improve. I still spent 120 euros!

Being on vacation in Annecy I came, very friendly welcome no perfect wait, except that by saying the services I wanted the person did not know how to do them all... in short I adapt and only ask for half , no choice . The young girl sets me up and does what she can, being a loyal customer, it's me who explains to her how to wax my bikini line... And then came the relax minute massage and frankly it was overkill. I don't blame the young person who did what she could, especially since they were understaffed, but please, where are the bosses???? Train your employees, don't leave them like that without experience and knowledge, it doesn't make you look good. So I wanted to say it, being a business manager myself, I don't understand how you can leave your institute like that. So I'm not sure I'll go back.

The place is clean, very bright, warm welcome, the girls are very nice. The subscription version of €12.90 per month gives you access to unbeatable prices for massages, hair removal, foot and hand beauty as well as prices on their brand's beauty products and varnishes. The only problem is the cutter to remove the semi-permanent or permanent varnish... Otherwise for everything else, I admit not having tested it. I only did one semi-permanent varnish application.
