Very good experience in this salon, I came to reduce large demarcations due to blonde highlights, and to clear out yellowed blonde after the summer. The hairdresser who took care of me was very professional and managed to homogenize the color of my hair by greatly reducing the demarcations and creating a patina. I came to do specific highlights, I wanted to bleach them and give them a polar tone (I am light brown) Having never done this, we discussed it with the hairdresser who looked at my reference photos and told me that it was possible (great right?) Oh and I specified that I wanted it to be BLENDED. The result? a filthy vibrant yellow, discolored at the roots, not faded at all. Another hairdresser told me "so it wasn't possible to have the polar blonde result of course but come back to do the patinas"....?! Why not tell me from the start that it was impossible then? I ended up with a zebra skull, absolutely disgusting. Besides, he bleached more highlights than I asked him to... absolutely not professional! Even he didn't seem to know how long to leave it on and was assisted. I'm not even talking about the hairdresser who didn't even take the time to detangle my hair before the highlights and who tore it out in spades! (I have very fine hair and it gets tangled easily). I tell the lady who blow-dries me that I have recent piercings and I kindly ask her if it is possible for her to pay attention to my ear, her response? “ah well it’s definitely going to shoot.” We are swimming in delirium. Another hairdresser caught up with me about your horror, a salon that doesn't call itself "specialist" like you, but much more professional and attentive! In short, a disaster. Ah only positive point, the message perhaps?
