I started treatment with Depil Tech at this same address and everything was going wonderfully. Since the change of ownership and the switch to Dermaclinik, they have resumed my treatment but I had no idea that it would only cause me problems. Three times my appointment was canceled the day before for the next day without any valid reason. I try to contact the clinic by phone but they don't answer and don't even take messages. I traveled there which cost me an hour of transport for nothing because the clinic was not open, I arrived at 7 p.m. even though the Google file AND the shop sign indicate closing at 8 p.m. I tried to make a contact request on the Dermaclinik website but I still haven't been contacted... The girls there are lovely but I paid a significant amount of money for treatment and found myself with no way of contacting this clinic. I am very disappointed with this service and hope that this message will allow me to finally have good customer service.
