Clear deterioration of service. We arrive and are asked to take a bathrobe on a hanger. While we wait, we are forced to hear the hairdresser tell her life story to the client she is doing, taking him to task, horrifying. Finished scalp massage for 2-3 minutes, now it's 2-3 seconds. No cleaning of combs and scissors between each client!! Scraping the scalp with the comb which you might think is made of metal because it hurts so much! Kind hairdresser who apologized, I nevertheless left the salon with a feeling of a helmet of fire on my head which I kept until bedtime. Finally, failed cut, unobstructed forehead, I could have dispensed with all that given the result. Total disappointment. I don't recommend.

I come here from time to time and today I was surprised. 2 hairdressers that I used to use are no longer here. That makes 3 with Amandine who left. I had a good welcome but on the other hand the hygiene level was poor. After my shampoo when I sat in front of the mirror the utensils were full of hairs, the furniture near the mirror too and unfortunately it was not cleaned. I find it not very correct. I was also disappointed with my cut, cut shorter than I asked and the gradient wasn't great. I hope you will pay more attention.
