I am not at all satisfied with my click and collect at nocibé. In fact, I ordered an item and I saw the status "withdrawn" on May 14, I immediately contacted the perfumery for explanations given that I was not looking for my package. I am told that they will contact me again, which will never be done. Once at the store on May 18, I see that my package is there. However, on the receipt that was sent to me by email on May 14, I noticed that it was too late that a 10 euro voucher had been taken! I never got the voucher, someone used my 200 points! I find it incredible. In short, I would no longer order from nocibé.

Cold reception, A brunette saleswoman with a mid-length bob and glasses was very unpleasant. A friend and I were testing certain perfumes to possibly discover our rare gem. During this time, this saleswoman took the liberty of having her colleague go behind our backs to smell this “horrible” smell. As if that wasn't enough, she then told us "we're not in a reaction class HERE" because we had our backpacks on our backs like good students. This remark greatly chilled both of us. Yours truly.
