I asked for a contour lighter than my natural hair color (brown) and I came out with no difference, I told myself it would lighten it but it never lightened it. I paid 120 euros for 0 results. I do not recommend

Coming to redo my roots on my platinum blonde, I was welcomed with great kindness, we were able to chat and I was quickly reassured. Elodie did a perfect job and she really listened.
