After a visit to this store, the reception non-existent, no advice, I almost bother the saleswoman, in short I advise against it, however I could have bought on the internet with 30% reduction, I prefer contact next time I have it delivered 😔😞

Received with a warm welcome, I went there for a facial and body treatment. It was a real moment of relaxation and a nice refreshment. No waiting, everything went very well, I recommend.

In this period when the credit card limit can be quickly reached and when you are 87 years old and without internet access it is therefore not possible to modify the amount of this limit. It would then be very nice if the salespeople did not look at you with contempt and use rhetoric which implies that "if you don't have money you don't buy"!!! My mother, a customer for over 50 years in this perfumery and even before it was called Marionnaud, was, as previously stated, very poorly received. I think it is important from now on that you measure your words when a similar situation arises.

Never welcomed in this store. In particular by a very unpleasant straight-haired brunette, not very smiling, who never says hello and stares at the customer.

An exceptional welcome - even though the store was very busy this Saturday afternoon, that did not prevent Françoise from taking the time necessary to advise my friends and me and even put makeup on all three of us free of charge. A very pleasant moment and good purchases.
