On May 4, I went to Dessange in Neuilly to do a sweep. The result was catastrophic!!! I came out with a blonde that was not at all natural, roots that were more than pronounced (even though I had asked for something faded) and orange highlights that had been oxidized. The following Monday, I went back to do a patina, which more or less made up for it (even if today I still have locks of all colors, some very light, others orange and others very dark). However, there was a problem with this famous patina - which must have been applied incorrectly or left on for too long - since since then, I have had a brown stain on the top of my forehead that has not gone away. After a few days, I contacted Dessange again to inform them, and I was told to use Biafine (burn?) or alcohol to remove the stain. In vain. I even went to the dermatologist to see if it was an allergic reaction, and it turns out it wasn't. Yesterday, it was exactly 1 month since I had this persistent task. So I moved back to Neuilly (even though I live in Duroc) to be compensated (the person I spoke with told me to come there, otherwise they wouldn't be able to do anything for me). However, once there and despite all this overwhelming evidence, the salon staff refused to reimburse me and compensate me for the damage subsequently caused to my skin. It is unacceptable. I am waiting for a return from you. Otherwise, I will have to take more serious measures against the salon because in addition to having failed my coloring, you have damaged my skin. I have been going to Dessange Neuilly for years. It’s Hakima who takes care of me for my sweeping. I have done several salons in 30 years of balayage and she is the only colorist who delights me every time! She always gives good advice, I wouldn't change it for the world! Well done !
